Printimir

3D-printed replacement parts

A broken clip, a missing knob or a bracket sold only with the whole appliance: these parts can often be reproduced from your 3D file or, if you only have the broken part, from photos and measurements.

No file? Send photos from several angles and the key measurements. We turn them into a 3D model and print it in Küsnacht.

How Printimir helps

Housing parts, covers, knobs, brackets and adapters can often be reproduced even when the manufacturer no longer sells them. If you have a 3D file, upload and order it directly. If you only have the broken part, send photos, measurements and a short description in a project request. We design and print the model, or can provide the file only if preferred.

Materials and colours are shown from the currently available range. Suitability, timing and quantity depend on the specific model and are not promised without reviewing it.

Two routes, depending on what you have

You already have a file

Upload it in the configurator and choose the material, colour and settings. The price appears immediately and you can order directly.

Upload file

You only have the broken part

You do not need a file. Send photos from several angles, the key measurements and a short description of what the part does. We create the 3D model and print it, or provide the file only if preferred.

Where 3D printing reaches its limits

A printed part is not always the right replacement. For parts that carry loads, brake, hold pressure or become hot, the material, print orientation and design determine whether the result can withstand the load. Tell us what the part must endure and we will tell you whether 3D printing is suitable. Our prints are not intended for food contact or medical applications.

What helps us assess your request

  1. Photos from several angles; phone photos are sufficient
  2. The key measurements; a sketch with distances is enough
  3. What the part is used for and exactly what must fit
  4. If available, the original part, even if it is broken

How much does 3D printing cost?

If you have a file, the print price appears immediately after upload and is based on volume, size and configuration. Without a file, you first receive an assessment and design price, then decide. The minimum order value is CHF 15, with no minimum quantity.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. That is what the project request is for. Photos from several angles, a sketch and known measurements provide the basis for us to create the 3D model.
