Terms and conditions
1. Scope of these terms
These terms apply to all orders, whether placed online, in writing or by telephone, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The version published on the website at the time of the order applies. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. The relevant provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations also apply.
2. Conclusion of contract and withdrawal
All product and price information on the Printimir website is subject to change and is non-binding. By placing an order through the website, you make a binding offer. If the goods you ordered are unavailable in the requested quantity or at the price shown on the website, we will notify you as quickly as possible. In that case, the contract becomes valid only after you confirm the corrected order again by email. Orders and agreements made by telephone are valid only if confirmed in writing or by email. We may withdraw without charge if the website contains typographical, printing or calculation errors. Errors in data you supply, such as non-manifold geometry or intersecting edges, also allow us to withdraw without charge.
3. Contract territory
The online shop is designed primarily for delivery within Switzerland. For orders delivered abroad, Printimir reserves the right to charge additional shipping and customs fees.
4. Delivery, shipping and notification of defects
Delivery dates may vary from the stated time frames depending on the destination and are given to the best of our judgement. To the extent permitted by law, a missed date does not entitle you to cancel the order or claim compensation.
Benefit and risk pass to you when the goods are shipped, meaning when they are handed to Swiss Post or another transport partner. You must inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and notify [email protected] of any defects in writing within 5 working days. Otherwise, the delivery is deemed accepted.
5. Prices
The availability of specific materials, colours or manufacturing processes is subject to change. All prices are stated in Swiss francs. We reserve the right to change prices.
6. Refunds for models that cannot be printed
If a submitted model cannot be printed because of technical limitations or for another reason, Printimir reserves the right to cancel the order. In that case, the full order amount will be refunded. We will inform you of the cancellation and its reasons as quickly as possible. The refund will be made to the payment method you used within a reasonable period.
7. Prohibited objects
You are solely responsible for the content and objects you submit for production. You must not submit content or objects that violate applicable law, particularly weapons legislation. Printimir reserves the right to reject orders that breach these provisions and may take appropriate legal action.
8. Disclaimer for health-related harm
Printimir accepts no liability for health-related harm that may result from the use of its products. Printed models are not food-safe and are therefore unsuitable for food contact or medical applications. Small parts must be kept away from young children.
9. Right of withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal for custom-made products. Standard products may be returned within 5 days provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Printimir is not liable for damage caused to you through the use or operation of purchased items. To the extent permitted by law, Printimir accepts no liability for lost profits or consequential or indirect damage incurred by you or third parties.
11. Payment
Ordered goods are paid for by TWINT, Klarna, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal through our payment service provider Stripe. Production begins only after payment has been received in full.
12. Retention of title
Delivered products remain the property of Printimir until they have been paid for in full.
13. Copyright and intellectual property
You confirm that you hold all rights to the print data you submit and that it does not infringe third-party rights. Printimir has no obligation to verify this.
14. Jurisdiction and applicable law
The statutory place of jurisdiction applies to consumers, generally their place of residence. In all other cases, Küsnacht, Switzerland, is the exclusive place of jurisdiction. Swiss law applies exclusively.
15. Privacy
The privacy policy is available here: Privacy policy.
16. Order reminders and electronic notifications
If you are signed in and do not complete an order, we may email the address stored in your account to remind you about your cart, with no more than two reminders per cart. After an order has been delivered, we may also ask you once for a review. You can opt out of these notifications at any time through the unsubscribe link in the relevant email or by writing to [email protected], without incurring costs other than transmission charges at the basic rate. Details about data processing are available in the privacy policy.
