### Terms and conditions

**Version dated 16 October 2026 (revision 3)**

#### 1. Scope of these terms and contracting party

Your print order is placed with Daniel Aeschbach, who operates the shop under the name Printimir, Traubenweg 27, 8700 Küsnacht, Switzerland. You can contact us at [support@printimir.ch](mailto:support@printimir.ch). These terms govern orders for 3D prints through the shop and print orders agreed by email. Individually agreed services, such as additional modelling, are also governed by the relevant quotation.

The version made available to you and accepted when you order applies to your order. Later changes do not apply retrospectively. Existing orders and any return rights promised at that time are unaffected by this revised version. An individual agreement takes precedence over these terms.

#### 2. Placing and accepting an order

By completing your order, you submit the selected items, print settings and delivery details and offer to have us carry out the work for the displayed total price. After you complete the order process and, for paid orders, payment succeeds, you receive our email headed “Order confirmed”. With this confirmation we accept your order and the contract is concluded. The subsequent technical check of an uploaded model is covered in section 6.

For orders by email, our quotation sets out the work and price; the contract is concluded when you accept that quotation. We confirm arrangements made by phone by email. If a price or order detail is clearly incorrect, we contact you to resolve it. We do not substitute a different price or service without your consent. The statutory rules on mistakes remain applicable.

#### 3. Delivery addresses

Our regular offering is intended for orders with a delivery address in Switzerland. Checkout shows the delivery methods available for your address. We only agree to delivery abroad where it is offered in the shop or individually agreed with you. In that case, shipping costs and any import charges, including who bears them, are clarified before the contract is concluded.

#### 4. Delivery times, shipping and complaints

The delivery time shown is an estimate for your selected order. A deadline is binding only if expressly agreed with you. We inform you if we identify a delay. These terms do not restrict your statutory rights in the event of late delivery.

We deliver using the method selected at checkout or agreed with you. With standard shipping, small orders may be sent as letters; these have no tracking link. Statutory rules apply to transport risks. If such a letter shipment is lost, we offer replacement or a refund of the paid order amount. If a shipment has not arrived after the announced delivery period, please contact [support@printimir.ch](mailto:support@printimir.ch) with your order number.

Inspect the delivery on receipt and report visible defects without delay, preferably with photos and your order number. Report a defect that was initially hidden without delay after discovering it. Statutory remedies for defects and limitation periods apply; these terms do not shorten them. We discuss with you which remedy is possible and due in the specific case.

#### 5. Order price

Shop amounts are stated in Swiss francs (CHF). Before you complete the order, the item price, selected additional services, shipping and any discounts are shown as a total amount. For an individual quotation, the price agreed in that quotation applies. Later changes to shop prices do not change the price of an order we have already accepted.

#### 6. Checking print data and orders we cannot fulfil

Before printing, we check whether an uploaded model can be manufactured with the selected material and settings. Wall thickness, geometry or dimensions, for example, may prevent printing. We discuss necessary changes with you and do not change your model or the agreed settings without your consent.

If the order cannot technically be produced and we cannot find a suitable solution with you, we end the print order and refund the full amount paid for that order, including shipping. Producing only the remaining items requires your express agreement; the amount for the omitted services is then refunded. We inform you by email and initiate the refund without unnecessary delay through the original payment method. The time until the credit appears also depends on the payment provider. This provision does not restrict any further statutory claims.

#### 7. Lawful print orders

Only submit files and orders whose manufacture and intended use are lawful. We do not manufacture prohibited objects and in particular do not accept orders whose manufacture or supply violates Swiss weapons law. Where there are specific legal concerns, we may request supporting evidence and pause the order while they are clarified. If lawful fulfilment is not possible, we reject or end the order and refund payments already made for the unfulfilled order. Our own statutory duties to check and act remain in place.

#### 8. Intended use and safety

Layered plastic parts have material and printing limitations, particularly under loads, heat or exposure to chemicals. Parts from our regular print offering are not intended as medical products, for direct food contact or as safety-critical components. If you need particular properties, discuss them with us before ordering; a material name alone is not a promise of suitability for that use.

Small parts and detachable components can be swallowed. Keep them away from young children. Observe the information for the selected material and stop using damaged parts. These instructions do not replace agreed properties or exclude our statutory responsibility.

#### 9. Cancellation and returns

If you wish to stop a print order, write as soon as possible to [support@printimir.ch](mailto:support@printimir.ch) with your order number. If we receive your cancellation before printing begins, we cancel free of charge and refund payments in full. For cancellation after printing begins and before completion, we charge only costs demonstrably already incurred for your order, up to the agreed order amount. Saved expenses and materials usable elsewhere are deducted; we do not charge lost profit. Any remaining amount paid is refunded. Statutory termination rights remain in place.

For defect-free products already completed or delivered, we do not offer a voluntary return or exchange right due to a change of mind. Swiss law provides no general statutory withdrawal right for online purchases. This does not affect your claims for defects, non-delivery or other breaches of contract, or mandatory statutory withdrawal rights. Orders placed before this revised version remain subject to the conditions agreed at that time.

#### 10. Responsibility for damage

Statutory liability rules apply to performance of the agreed order and to damage. These terms contain no blanket exclusion for damage from using a printed part and no exclusion for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury or mandatory liability under the Swiss Product Liability Act. Whether a claim exists depends on the specific facts and statutory requirements.

#### 11. Payment

For paid shop orders, payment is processed at checkout. The payment methods shown there are available to you, for example TWINT, Klarna, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or Link (Stripe), where offered. We use external payment services to process payments. Printing begins only once full payment has been confirmed. For individual quotations, we state the payment method and payment deadline in the quotation.

#### 12. Production according to your selection

We produce the print using the ordered material, selected colour, stated dimensions and agreed print settings. Visible layers are part of FDM printing. The actual colour can differ from its screen representation. These points do not permit us to depart from promised properties. If you need a particular fit, strength or surface quality, it must be expressly agreed before ordering.

#### 13. Permission to use your files

You must be entitled to use the files you submit and have them reproduced for the ordered print. This may follow from your own rights, an appropriate licence or the rights holders’ consent. Uploading grants us only the permission necessary to check, prepare and fulfil your order; it does not transfer ownership of your design to us. Storage is described in the privacy policy. Publishing a model as an example or in advertising is not covered by this permission and requires your separate consent and the necessary third-party rights. A technical model check does not confirm that all rights have been cleared.

#### 14. Applicable law and courts

Swiss law applies unless mandatory provisions require otherwise. Statutory jurisdiction rules apply to disputes. In particular, legally protected consumer jurisdictions are not replaced by an exclusive jurisdiction at Printimir’s place of business.

#### 15. Handling data

Our [privacy policy](https://printimir.ch/en/privacy) explains how we process contact details, order data and uploaded models, which services are involved and your rights. Accepting these terms does not constitute blanket consent to advertising or publication of your models.

#### 16. Electronic notifications

We send necessary messages about your order, such as confirmation and shipping information. After delivery we may request a review once. You can switch information about offers and news on or off in your account settings; every such email contains an unsubscribe link. You can stop review requests through the unsubscribe link or by writing to [support@printimir.ch](mailto:support@printimir.ch). Necessary messages about an ongoing order are unaffected. Details about data processing are available in the [privacy policy](https://printimir.ch/en/privacy).
