The price depends on the model size, material use, print time and selected settings such as material, colour and quantity. #### Which files can I upload for 3D printing? Printimir supports STL, OBJ, 3MF, STEP and STP files up to 500 MB. #### Are discounts available? Yes. Newsletter subscribers get 10% off their first order. With the referral link in your account, you both get CHF 5 once the referred person has received their first order. From 2 pieces of the same model, a quantity discount applies automatically. #### Can I receive a refund? If we receive your cancellation before printing begins, we refund the amount paid in full. If your model cannot technically be printed and we cannot find a suitable solution, we refund the full order amount including shipping. Your statutory rights for defects remain in place. We do not offer voluntary returns for defect-free, completed products. Earlier orders remain subject to the conditions agreed at that time. Production time depends on the model complexity and current workload. Many orders are produced within a few days and then shipped. #### Which materials and colours are available?
